2. Introducing the Enhanced Birthday Notifier Plugin for Wider Celebrations

Birthday notifications have been upgraded to make workplace celebrations more inclusive and engaging. Birthday emails are now automatically shared not only with the employee but also with their reporting manager, direct reportees, and same-level colleagues.

The Interest on House Property declaration feature has been enhanced to offer greater flexibility while staying compliant with tax regulations. Employees can now declare multiple house properties, with the total interest capped at ₹2 lakh for self-occupied properties, as per statutory norms.

For let-out properties, no interest limit applies. Employees can submit declarations directly in the system, and approvers can review and approve them seamlessly—making tax declaration management simpler, clearer, and more accurate.

4. Introducing Smarter Organisation Charts with Deeper Visibility

The Organisation Chart plugin has been enhanced to deliver smoother performance and effortless navigation across deeper organisational hierarchies, making it easier to understand reporting structures in large teams.

Users can now export org charts as PDFs with flexible print layouts, including consolidated or grouped views of last-level employees.

Applied filters are retained in the export, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting. Employee profiles within the chart also display key details such as designation and department, offering a more informative and professional organisational view.
