4. Enhanced Workflow Forms – Designed for Smarter, More Interactive Approvals
We’ve upgraded Workflow Form creation with three exciting new components—Switch Button, Star Rating, and an Advanced User Type field—designed to make your forms smarter and more interactive.
The Switch Button allows easy Yes/No toggles with customizable labels. The Star Rating lets users give instant feedback—perfect for evaluations and surveys.
The enhanced User Type field now brings advanced control to form access and approvals. It allows admins to include or exclude specific users or groups, manage permissions precisely, and even enable actions like saving drafts or reinitiating workflows. This upgraded field mirrors and expands upon the old User field, offering greater flexibility and adaptability in workflow setup.
Together, these upgrades make workflow design faster, smarter, and visually engaging — helping teams create forms that are as intelligent as their processes.
