This month we have worked upon enhancing existing modules to give our clients better User experience. Apart from these we have made a few UI changes.
1.Request Delegation in Workflow Engine:
- The Request Delegation feature in the workflow engine empowers users to assign tasks to colleagues, facilitating smooth transfer of requests from both individual and bulk request views. Additionally, automated email notifications ensure timely communication with designated recipients, enhancing workflow efficiency.
2.Implementation of Release Scorecard Feature in Business Heads Ratings:
- Our latest update to the BusinessHeads Ratings system introduces the Release Scorecard feature, enhancing user experience and streamlining the rating process. This functionality allows users to release scorecards post Business Heads ratings completion and approval, with automatic email dispatch to designated recipients. The intuitive user interface ensures seamless integration into our Business Heads rating page.
3.Integration of Virtual Biometric Approval with Workflow Engine:
- The integration of Virtual Biometric Approval with our Workflow Engine streamlines the approval process by routing all biometric attendance approvals through a designated workflow, ensuring consistency with other processes such as Attendance and Leave. This centralizes approval management, enhancing efficiency and consistency across our systems.
4.Mandatory Reason for Salary Changes:
- In response to customer feedback, we're implementing a new feature requiring users to provide a reason for salary changes, enhancing transparency and accountability in the adjustment process. This prompts users to enter a reason with each salary change, providing valuable context for HR and management oversight.
5.Export Candidate Documents in Offer Letters Page:
- Introduced an option to export uploaded documents of candidates directly from the offer letters page.
6.Job Sharing Functionality on Social Media:
- Users can expect improved reliability and efficiency in disseminating job postings across various social media platforms, enhancing the visibility of available positions and attracting potential candidates effectively.
7.Reviewer Rating Line Item-wise in PMS:
- Implemented a feature within the Performance Management System (PMS) to enable reviewers to provide ratings against each line item, corresponding to individual Key Result Areas (KRA) types.
8.Role-Based Access Control on Notice Board:
- Enhanced the notice board functionality to allow administrators to select specific user groups for whom notices will be visible.
