This month we have made many enhancements on existing features to improve the overall user experience. We have also added a few new features to enhance the usability of our uKnowva HRMS
1.      Leave and Attendance
a.      We have improved the configuration for compoff setup to add comp off as per number of hours etc
b.      Virtual Biometric set up enhanced to manage the various attendance policy for auto punch out
c.      New report created for leave Accrual containing the following data points against each leave and each user -
                                                  i.     Prev. month closing balance
                                                ii.     Lapsed in Prev. month
                                              iii.     Opening Balance for Month
                                              iv.     Utilised Leave in month
                                                v.     Current balance
2.      New configuration added in PMS
a.      To set remarks in self and manger assessment as mandatory or non mandatory
b.      Rating guide can be entered for users to check. Example: we can put text like Please note: Rating scale is from 1 to 5 with 1 being lowest and 5 being highest
3.      Onboarding
a.      We now have an option to download the sample file in prejoining form.
b.      New feature added – OTP generation on acceptance or rejection of offer letter
4.      Form 16B is now available in PDF
5.      The HRMS admin now has the ability to edit exit clearance if needed
6.      We have now given access to HR SPOC to upload documents in bulk against their set of employees. This feature earlier was only available in the back end and needed helpdesk intervention
