This month we have made many enhancements on existing features to improve the overall user experience. We have also added a few new features to enhance the usability of our uKnowva HRMS

1.       VAPT 2023

a.       App Penetration Test Summary Report was completed and report uploaded. Click --> Web App Penetration Test Summary Report to check the report

2.       Recruitment

a.       When new fields are added in manpower planning, option to create the same columns in DB is now given in the front end

b.       Configuration given to remove validation while adding new designation in designation master

c.       New feature made to send CV for  approval

3.       Exit

a.       When an employee in managerial role exits, his reportees’ hierarchy and manager is now automatically updated.

b.       Disabled users’ exit data now are viewable in exit module.

c.       Configuration made to allow action to be taken in exit module on disabled users

d.       HRM filter added on exit clearance request page

e.       FNF and relieving letter are made dependent on exit clearance status as per configuration

f.        Users are now disabled if Last Working Date in their profile is set and passed even if they are not using uKnowva’s Exit module

4.       ELMS

a.       ELMS now supports scorm format to fetch and dispatch content in a chapter of a course.

b.       Option to make course offline and members who participated in this course added via import given as a new feature.

5.       Overall

a.       Attendance Module UI/UX has been revamped especially the mobile view has been made more readable

b.       Thumbnail auto generated while uploading video

c.       While approving reimbursement, the approver of the request can now change the requested amount.

d.       Option now available to import income from previous employer for multiple users

e.       Option now available for executing custom code before carrying forward leave

f.        Menu creation option now available while creating a workflow
