The September 2026 release of uKnowva HRMS brings new capabilities for workforce planning, reporting, and flexible leave management.
1. Introducing Succession Planning for Stronger Leadership Continuity
We’ve introduced Succession Planning in uKnowva HRMS to help organizations prepare for critical roles and build a stronger pipeline of future-ready talent.
HR teams can identify potential successors, assess employee readiness, and take a more structured approach to preparing employees for future responsibilities. By bringing succession planning into the HRMS, organizations can align employee development with long-term workforce requirements and strengthen continuity across critical positions.

2. Introducing Report Design for More Flexible Reporting
The Reporting Tool now includes Report Design, giving users greater flexibility to structure and customize reports according to their specific requirements.
With this enhancement, users can organize information in a more structured and user-friendly format, making HR and employee data easier to present, review, and use for decision-making. It gives organizations greater control over how their reports are designed and how important information is presented within uKnowva.

3. Configure Leave Applications to Fit Your HR Process
Leave applications can now be configured to capture additional information with the new Leave category in the Profile Field Manager.
HR admins can create custom fields under the Leave category, and these fields automatically appear on the Leave Application page. This allows organizations to collect information that is specific to their leave processes and requirements directly when employees apply for leave.
By bringing these custom fields into the existing leave application process, uKnowva gives HR teams greater flexibility to configure leave workflows without relying on separate forms or manual workarounds. The result is a more adaptable leave application experience that can be tailored to different organizational needs.
