The March 2026 release of uKnowva HRMS brings AI-led automation, improved accessibility, and smarter integrations across key modules. These updates are designed to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and help teams execute HR processes faster and more efficiently.

1. Introducing AI-Powered Overall Comments for Performance Reviews

We’ve introduced AI-powered overall comment generation in performance evaluations.

Based on ratings and remarks, the system automatically creates structured summaries on the Rate Myself and Rate Team Member pages, saving time, ensuring consistency, and helping deliver more meaningful and well-articulated feedback.

2. OCR-Based Document Parsing Now Available in Workflow Engine

We’ve introduced an advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) Parser in the Workflow Engine to automate data extraction from uploaded documents.

Users can now configure attachment fields as OCR-enabled, allowing the system to instantly extract key details from documents like PAN, Aadhaar, Driving License, and Passport. The parser can also be extended to handle invoices, certificates, and custom documents.

This eliminates repetitive data entry, reduces errors, and transforms document-heavy workflows into faster, more accurate processes.

3. Introducing Supporting Document Uploads for Each KRA Line Item

Performance reviews are now more transparent and structured with the ability to attach supporting documents to each KRA line item.

Employees can provide proof of achievements directly within their self-evaluations, giving managers better context and enabling more accurate, fair, and data-backed performance assessments.

4. Announcing Social Media Job Posting Integration

Job postings can now be directly shared on platforms like Facebook and X (Twitter) from within uKnowva HRMS.

With one step, recruiters can publish openings to social media, increasing visibility, attracting a wider talent pool, and strengthening employer branding—while keeping the hiring process fast and streamlined.

5. Access HRMS Faster with WhatsApp-Based OTP

Login is now more accessible with OTP delivery via WhatsApp.

Organizations can configure their WhatsApp API to enable instant OTP delivery, ensuring users can log in quickly, even when email or SMS access is limited. This improves reliability and enhances the overall login experience.
