uKnowva HRMS allows administrators to delete individual or multiple workflows effortlessly, ensuring the system remains clutter-free and efficient.
This feature helps maintain a clean and organized workflow structure, enabling organizations to focus on current and relevant processes.
Deleting multiple workflows
To delete multiple workflows, select the checkboxes next to the workflow names and click the bin icon located in the top-right corner of the page.
Deleting a single or individual workflow
The three-dot menu under the action column for additional options like View, Edit, or Delete.
The Delete option allows you to permanently remove the workflow from the system. This action is irreversible, so ensure the workflow is no longer needed before proceeding.
A confirmation prompt might appear. If it does, click ok to delete the workflow permanently or click cancel to abort this action.
