Accessing, viewing, and searching for a specific workflow in uKnowva HRMS

Efficiently managing workflows is essential for streamlined operations in any organization. uKnowva HRMS provides a user-friendly interface to access, view, and search for specific workflows with ease.

Whether you need to track ongoing processes or review historical data, the system allows you to filter and locate workflows quickly. This functionality ensures better visibility, control, and decision-making for HR teams and administrators.

Accessing the existing workflow list

To access the workflow module, go to the HR menu in the left-side panel and click on the Workflow submenu.

Click on it to access the workflow interface.

Viewing the existing workflow lists

When the workflow page loads, you’ll see a table listing preconfigured workflows.

Each entry in the table provides details such as the Title, Filename, Creation Date, and Actions

Alternative way to view workflow details individually

A three-dot menu provides additional management options for the workflow.

Clicking on this menu reveals three key actions.

The View option opens a detailed overview of the workflow, allowing you to inspect its configuration. This is particularly helpful when you want to review how the workflow has been set up without making any changes.

Searching for a specific workflow

Go back to the workflow list page. Find the  Search field with Search and Reset buttons at the top left corner of the page.

Use these buttons to filter workflows by keywords or reset the view to display all workflows.

For instance, entering a keyword in the search field and clicking the Search button will display only matching workflows.

Clicking Reset will clear the filter and show the full list again.

That’s it!

You’ve now learned how to access, view, and search for a specific workflow in the uKnowva HRMS instance.
