Viewing & searching salary reports in uKnowva HRMS

Salary reports play a crucial role in payroll management, allowing HR teams to review and analyze employee earnings, deductions, and net salary details efficiently. 

uKnowva HRMS provides an intuitive interface to access, edit, filter, and export salary reports, ensuring seamless payroll processing and compliance with financial regulations. This article will guide you through managing salary reports within the system.

Accessing or viewing a report:

To access or view salary reports, navigate to the side navigation bar and click on the "Report" menu. 

This will open a new interface where you can locate the salary report. 

At the top of the list, there is a search field that allows you to enter keywords such as "Salary Report" to find it quickly. 

Alternatively, you can manually scroll down to the "Payroll Reports" category and select "Salary Reports." 

Upon opening the salary report interface, you will see several options above the list of records.

The table includes key details such as Username, Name, Designation, Status, Month, Year, Days in Month, Paid Days, Unpaid Days, Total Earnings, Total Deductions, and the final Total Salary. This structured layout provides a clear overview of salary-related information for each employee.

Searching for a report:

The filter button (funnel icon is available to refine the displayed data on the Salary Report page.

Clicking on the filter button opens a panel with multiple fields, including a search box for entering keywords, a designation drop-down to filter reports by job role, and a status drop-down that allows selecting between "Active" and "Inactive" employees. 

Additionally, there are drop-down fields for selecting the month and year. 

After selecting the necessary filters, clicking the "Search" button applies them, while the "Reset" button clears all selections. 

There is also a "Save As Report" button, allowing users to save custom filter settings for future use.
