Adding a new salary head

Creating new salary heads allows you to customize payroll components to meet your organization’s unique needs. In uKnowva HRMS, adding a new salary head is a simple process that ensures all earnings and deductions are accurately reflected in employee payouts. Follow this guide to define and configure new salary heads effortlessly.

On the top right of the screen, click the Add button (represented by a plus symbol).

A new page will open, where you can fill in the necessary details for the new salary head, such as the Title, Short Code, Type, and Category.

Once you’ve completed filling in the information, click Save to add the new salary head to the system. If you wish to cancel and discard the new entry, click Cancel instead.
