Export pending investment declarations effortlessly for audits, record-keeping, or tax filing purposes. 

This feature provides HR professionals and finance teams with organized, error-free documentation, making tax season stress-free and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Visit the Pending Approvals page by clicking the pending approval tab from the Investment Declaration sub-menu first. 

As the page opens, there is an Export to Excel button that allows users to download the list of pending declarations in an Excel format.

Alternative way to export the list:

When you click the View All button on the Pending Approvals page, that opens when you click the Pending Approval tab under the Investment Declarations sub-menu, you also get an option to download the list of investment declarations pending for approval to your system for further processing, analysing, or storing as a backup. 

To download, find and click the Export button on this page, as shown below. 

It is located right next to the Funnel button. 

It allows you to download the list in a structured format for record-keeping and analysis.
