Step 2: Importing the Updated Location File

On the Location Master interface, locate the Import button situated above the list of locations, towards the top-right section of the page.

Clicking this button opens a pop-up titled Import Location, which allows you to bulk upload your updated location data using a CSV file format.

To ensure your file is formatted correctly, first download the ready-to-use CSV template provided in the pop-up window.

Click on the Download CSV Import Template File link to save it to your system.

Fill in the location information within this template, making sure to follow the same column structure and data types.

Once your file is ready, click on the Choose Your File or Browse button to select it from your system.

After selecting the file, click on the Upload File button to start importing the updated data into the system.

uKnowva HRMS will process your entries and add them to the location master automatically.
