Deleting single or multiple locations from uKnowva HRMS

The system provides flexible options to delete individual entries or carry out bulk deletions with just a few clicks, improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Step 1: Accessing the Location Master Page

To begin, navigate to the Location Master page. In the main interface, you can view and manage all existing location entries.

The page displays a structured list of locations under important headers like Location Name, State, PT State, Published, Latitude, Longitude, and Radius.

Step 2: Deleting Multiple Locations in Bulk

Once you’re on the Location Master page, scroll through the list and identify the locations you wish to delete.

To remove multiple locations at once, simply tick the checkboxes beside the names of each relevant location.

Once selected, click on the bin icon positioned at the top-right corner of the screen.

A confirmation alert will immediately appear asking you to confirm your action.

Click OK to proceed with deleting the selected entries, or click Cancel if you change your mind.

This action will permanently remove all selected locations from the system in one go, making it an efficient method for large-scale data cleanup.

Step 3: Deleting a Single Location

If you only need to remove a single entry from the list, locate the specific location you want to delete in the main table.

Under the Action column next to that location, click on the bin icon.

A confirmation alert will pop up.

Confirm the deletion by clicking OK, or cancel it by clicking Cancel if you do not wish to proceed.

Once confirmed, that specific location will be permanently removed from your uKnowva HRMS database.
