Deleting single or multiple locations from uKnowva HRMS

Deleting locations is important for HR leaders and admins to remove outdated or inactive sites from their uKnowva HRMS system. 

This action ensures the database remains clean and up-to-date, preventing confusion and errors in workforce management. It is particularly beneficial during organizational restructuring or when consolidating operations.

To delete multiple locations in bulk, select the checkboxes next to the respective location names and click on the bin icon at the top-right of the screen. 

This will remove all selected locations at once.

If you need to delete a single location, locate the specific entry in the list and click on the bin icon under the Action column. 

A confirmation alert will appear—click "OK" to confirm the deletion or "Cancel" to discard the action.
