Deleting current company details from uKnowva HRMS

Step 1: Accessing the Company Management Interface

To begin, log in to your uKnowva HRMS instance and navigate to the Company Master page.

This section presents a list of all existing companies in the system, neatly arranged under the headers Company Name, Company Address, and Action.

Step 2: Deleting Company Records in Bulk

Once you reach the Company Master page, you will be able to select multiple entries for deletion if necessary.

To delete several companies at once, check the boxes next to the respective company names listed.

Then, click on the bin icon located at the top-right section of the list.

This action will trigger an alert or confirmation prompt asking you to verify whether you truly want to delete the selected entries.

Confirming the action will permanently remove all the selected company records from the database.

Step 3: Deleting a Company Individually

If your objective is to delete just one specific company, you can do so by identifying that company from the list and clicking the bin icon located under the Action column for that row.
