Step 2: Adding a New Manpower Plan
Once you're on the Manpower Planning page, locate and click the “+” button at the top-right corner of the interface.
This will open a new form where you can create a new manpower plan. Begin by selecting or entering the required details, such as the Designation and Year for which the plan is being made.
Fill in the Approved Count to indicate the number of roles required, and optionally, the number of resources currently On Hold.
