Adding a new manpower plan in uKnowva HRMS instance

This feature allows HRs to create and define new manpower plans, specifying roles, required budget, and duration. It helps HRs strategically align workforce needs with organizational goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation and planning.

To add a new manpower plan, navigate to the Manpower Planning page by selecting HR Manager from the main menu and clicking on Manpower Planning.

Once on the Manpower Planning page, click the + to add the New Manpower Plan. A new form will appear where you can enter the details for the new plan.

Fill in the required fields and any additional relevant information. Ensure that all details are accurate to facilitate effective workforce planning.

After entering the necessary information, click Save to add the new manpower plan to the list. If you wish to cancel the process, click Cancel to discard the changes and return to the Manpower Planning page.
