Adding a new shift allocation entry in the uKnowva HRMS instance

Adding a new shift is essential for HR leaders to efficiently assign work schedules, ensuring proper workforce coverage and operational continuity. 

It helps avoid scheduling conflicts, keeps employees informed of their shifts, and maintains a structured work environment.

To add a new shift allocation, go to the Shift Allocation List page by clicking on the HR Manager section in the main menu and selecting Shift Allocation List.

Click the + button to Add New Shift Allocation. 

A form will appear for you to enter the details of the new shift allocation. Fill in the required fields, like user ID, shift name, from and to timings, etc.

Once you have entered all the necessary information, click Save to add the new shift allocation to the list. If you decide to cancel the addition, click the Cancel button to discard the changes.
