Steps to Roll Out an Offer Letter

 

Step 1: Go to the "My Applicants" sub-menu under the Recruitment menu. Select the applicant to whom you want to roll out the offer letter. Change the applicant’s status to "Approved/Placed" and then click on "Roll Out Offer Letter".

 

By following these steps, you can roll out offer letters smoothly within uKnowva HRMS, ensuring that all necessary details are accurately included.
