Step 1: Click on“Reports” in left main menu
Step 2: Click on “Add New Report” button
Step 3: To create the “Report” search for the view you created and click on “+” icon
Step 4: Select the necessary information according to you preference for the Custom Report
Step 5: Fill the information according to your convenience
Note:
Filter by: The "Filter By" option lets you narrow down report data based on specific fields. For example, you can filter an attendance report by location, like Mumbai, to view only the data for that location. This helps you focus on the exact information you need.

Step 8: If you set the “Schedule Report” toggle button as Yes then you can schedule the report to be sent by email
Step 9: Enter the Date, Day, Month and Time for the report to schedule. Enter the name of user you want to add in “Add More user”
Step 10: Set “Email” in “Select How To Send Report”. Enter “Add more emails to send the report” and “Subject” then click on “Save” button
Step 11: If you set the “Send Individual” toggle button as Yes then you can get a reminder about the report to take an action
Step 12: Enter the Date, Day, Month and Time for the Reminder. Enter the name you want to send the reminder in “Select Field”
Step 13: Enter “Add more emails to send the report”, “Select CC user” & “Subject” for the Reminder.
Step 14: The Record Limit set the Max record limit, if the report exceeds record limit then attachment will go to email Limit containing selected columns.
Enter the mail content according to your convenience & Click on “Save”
Step 15: Once done click on “Submit” button
