ECR stands for Electronic Challan cum Return which is an electronic monthly return that has to be uploaded by the employer through the Employer EPF portal. 

uKnowva facilitates an easy export of the TEXT file directly from the system.

This file will have the employee name and employee codes along with the PF contributions details.uKNowva allows you to add more components to your export file.

This file can further be directly used to upload for ECR filing.

Steps to follow:

-> Go to left-hand-side menu -> HR Manager -> list salary report

-> In top section you will find "Export PF text file" button, click on it and export the file.
