There is two ways to lock salary in uknowva:-

Lock salary at same time of generation of salary:-

Step 1:- Go to left hand side menu 'HR Manager' -> 'Payroll'.

Step 2:- Click on 'Generate Salary' option in top left corner.

Step 3:- Refer the Document for generate salary. Link is:- How to generate salary in uknowva.

Step 4:- In above case you can see the option 'Lock Salary' in Step no.6

Lock salary which is already generated:-

Step 5:- If you have already generated salary then you need to go in past salary details. please refer link:- How see past Salary in uknowva.

Step 6:- In the above case you can see the option 'Lock Salary' in top left corner.

Note:- If you lock salary for any month after that you can not generate the salary as well as to unlock the same you need to contact uKnowva Support.
