Step 1: Navigate to the Sources Section under the Recruitment Menu

To begin, log in to your uKnowva HRMS account and go to the left-hand side navigation panel.

From here, click on the Recruitment menu, and then select the Sources sub-menu.

This will open a new interface where you can view and manage all existing recruitment sources.

The sources are displayed in a structured table format with headings such as Source Name, Source Type, Source PIC, Source Email, Created By, Created On, and Action.

This overview makes it easy to track and update sources as needed.

Step 2: Click “Add Source” to Enter New Source Details

At the top of the Sources page, you will find a button “Add Source”. Click on it to initiate the process of adding a new recruitment source.

A pop-up form will appear where you need to enter all the necessary details related to the new source. Begin by entering the Source Name, which is a required field.

You can also fill in additional information such as Source Email, Source PIC (Person in Charge), and Source Number for better communication tracking.

You’ll also find fields to define the Start Date and End Date for the source's active period.

Then, specify the Source Type—this could be internal, external, referral, or another relevant category based on your hiring practices.

Select the Cost Type, which refers to whether the source is free or paid, and mention the Cost Per Hiring if applicable.

Additionally, you can set a cap by filling in the Total Applicants Allowed on a Job, which helps limit or control how many applicants can come in through this source.

At the bottom of the form, there is also an option to Generate Vendor Login Password—simply tick the checkbox if you want to enable the source as a vendor who can log in to the portal.

Once all details are filled in accurately, click on the Save button to add the source. If you decide not to proceed, click Cancel to discard the entry.
