Step 1: Navigate to Your Posted Jobs
Begin by logging in to your uKnowva HRMS account. From the side navigation panel, click on the Recruitment menu, and then select the My Posted Job sub-menu.
This section displays all the job posts you have created, along with key information across various columns such as location, experience required, number of positions, total applicants, new applications, candidates screened, interview statuses, shortlisted candidates, and the current recruiter assigned to the job.
Step 2: Open the Job Post and Enter Edit Mode
To assign a recruiter to a specific job, click on the job title from the list.
This will open a detailed view of the job post, including the job description and important data tiles that reflect real-time recruitment statistics, like the number of candidates screened, shortlisted, or interviewed.
In the job post interface, look towards the right-hand side where the job title is displayed.
Here you’ll notice a pencil icon.
Click on it to enable editing mode for the job post.
Step 3: Assign the Job to Another Recruiter
Once the job is in edit mode, scroll down through the editable fields until you find the Assigned To field.
In this field, type the name of the recruiter to whom you wish to assign the job.
The system will provide auto-suggestions from your existing user list to help you quickly select the correct person.
After entering the recruiter's name, scroll down and click the Post Job button to save your changes.
This will officially update the job assignment and notify the selected recruiter, giving them access to manage the candidate pipeline for that role.
