Step 1: Navigate to the Leave Balance Section
To begin editing an employee’s leave balance, log in to your uKnowva HRMS account using your credentials.
From the left-hand side navigation panel, click on the HR Manager menu. From the list of options that appear, select Leave Balance of All Users.
This will open a new interface displaying a comprehensive list of employees along with their current leave balances.
Step 2: Select the Employee and Open the Edit Window
In the Leave Balance of All Users page, browse through the list to locate the specific employee whose leave balance you want to update.
Once you find the employee, under the Action column, click on the Pen icon next to their name.
A new window will open, allowing you to adjust the leave days for various leave types such as Casual Leave, Sick Leave, and Privilege Leave.
After making the necessary changes, click Save to update the leave balance. If you wish to cancel the changes, click Cancel to discard any modifications.
