In uKnowva HRMS, administrators can easily reset a user’s password using the User Manager menu in the configuration engine. Follow these steps to quickly reset and set a new password for any user.
Steps to Reset a Password
1.Login to uKnowva HRMS Portal
Start by logging into your uKnowva account with your registered login details.
2. Access Your Profile
Once logged in, locate your profile icon at the top-right side of the page and click it to open a drop- down menu.
3. Find uKnowva Configuration
In the drop-down menu, select uKnowva Configuration to access the system settings.
4. Navigate to User Manager
In the uKnowva Configuration engine, use the side navigation menu to find the User Manager. This section allows you to manage user accounts, including resetting passwords.
5.Reset the User’s Password
In the User Manager menu, locate the user whose password you need to reset. Click Reset Password for this user.
6.Enter and Confirm the New Password
A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the new password. Type the new password in the designated field, then retype it in the Confirm New Password field to ensure accuracy.
7. Save the New Password
Once both password fields are filled, click the Save button to finalise the reset. The new password will be updated, and the user will now use this password to log in.
