Attendance_Report

Purpose: The Attendance Report provides a comprehensive overview of employee attendance records, allowing HR to monitor attendance patterns and ensure compliance with company policies.

What do we get:

Columns such as ID, Username, Email, Manager, Designation, and many more will inherit from the Users_Master data source, ensuring that all fields in the Users_Master data are also part of this data source, thereby maintaining consistency and accuracy across employee records. . The following columns have been added to provide detailed insights into employee attendance:

Shift Time Out Records the time the employee ends their shift, important for calculating total working hours.
Month Specifies the month for which attendance is being reported, allowing for time-based analysis.
Days In Month Displays the total number of working days in the specified month, providing context for attendance metrics.
P (Present) Indicates the number of days the employee was present during the month.
H (Holidays) Reflects the number of holidays taken by the employee, which is essential for attendance calculations.
A (Absent) Shows the number of days the employee was absent, helping HR identify attendance issues.
WO (Week Off) Indicates the number of week offs taken by the employee, important for understanding attendance patterns.
Leave Balance Displays the remaining leave balance for the employee, crucial for managing future leave requests.

Total Time  Calculates the total time worked by the employee during the month, providing insight into overall attendance.
