Purpose:
The Leave History Report provides a comprehensive overview of an employee's leave usage over time, assisting HR in monitoring attendance and managing leave policies.

What do we get:
Columns such as ID, Username, Email, Manager, Designation, and many more will inherit from the Users_Master data source, ensuring that all fields in the Users_Master data are also part of this data source, thereby maintaining consistency and accuracy across employee records. . The following columns are included in this report:

From The start date of the leave.
To The end date of the leave.
Duration The total duration of the leave in days.
Reason The reason provided by the employee for taking the leave.
Applied Date The date when the leave was applied for.

Leave Status The current status of the leave application (e.g., approved, pending, rejected).
Approve By The name of the manager or authority who approved the leave.
Filter Date The date used for filtering the report results.
Planned/Unplanned Leave Indicates whether the leave was planned in advance or taken unexpectedly.
