Purpose:
The Optional Holidays Employee-Wise Report details the optional holidays taken by employees, assisting HR in managing attendance and leave balances.

What do we get:
Columns such as ID, Username, Email, Manager, Designation, and many more will inherit from the Users_Master data source, ensuring that all fields in the Users_Master data are also part of this data source, thereby maintaining consistency and accuracy across employee records. . The following columns have been added to enhance the optional holiday tracking:

Available Indicates the total number of optional holidays available to the employee.
Applied Shows the number of optional holidays the employee has applied for.
Approved Displays the count of optional holidays that have been approved for the employee.
Balance Reflects the remaining optional holidays after accounting for those applied and approved.
Holidays Lists the specific optional holidays that are available for the employee.
