Ims_user_course_report

Purpose:

The IMS User Course Report tracks the progress and completion of courses for individual employees, helping HR monitor employee learning and development activities.

What do we get:
Columns such as ID, Username, Email, Manager, Designation, and many more will inherit from the Users_Master data source, ensuring that all fields in the Users_Master data are also part of this data source, thereby maintaining consistency and accuracy across employee records. The following columns have been added to provide a comprehensive view of user course engagement:

Access Indicates the accessibility of the course for the user.
Author The individual or organization responsible for creating the course content.
Allow Access To All Users Specifies if the course is available to all employees or restricted to certain groups.
Mandatory Course Indicates whether the course is required for specific roles or all employees.
Course Join Date The date when the user joined the course, allowing for tracking of engagement over time.
Is Approved Indicates whether the user's enrollment in the course has been approved.
Complete Percentage Displays the percentage of the course that the user has completed, reflecting their progress.
Is Complete A flag indicating whether the user has finished the course.
Complete Date The date when the user completed the course, providing a timeline of their training journey.
Rating The score given by the user for the course, offering feedback on its quality.
Rating Date The date when the rating was provided, allowing for tracking of user feedback over time.
Duration Of The Course Specifies how long the course lasts, providing context for time investment.
