The Attendance Report section under the Team module gives you a clear overview of your team members' attendance details.

Step 1: Navigate to the Attendance Report Section
To begin, go to the side navigation panel on the left side of your instance. From the available menus, click on the Team menu to expand it. Once the menu expands, select the Attendance Report sub-menu.

As soon as you click on Attendance Report, the system opens a new page that displays the attendance details of your team members.
This page provides a structured view of attendance records, allowing you to review presence, absences, and other attendance-related information for the selected period.

You can scroll through the list to manually check records if needed.
Step 2: Apply Filters to Refine the Attendance Data
If you want to view specific attendance records instead of the complete list, use the filtering option available on the page.
To do this, click on the Filter button located at the top-right corner of the Attendance Report page.

When you click on the Filter button, the system opens a panel with multiple filtering options.

In the Search field, enter relevant keywords such as an employee's name or other identifiable information to quickly locate specific records.
Next, you can select the User Group to narrow down attendance data for a particular group, defined in your organization.

You can also choose the Month and Year to view attendance records for a specific time period.

This option is especially useful when reviewing past attendance for payroll processing or performance analysis.
Additionally, you can select the Team Members option to decide whether you want to view attendance for Immediate Team Members only or All Team Members under your hierarchy.
This flexibility allows managers to focus on direct reports or review a broader team structure when required.
The system also allows you to filter by User Status , where you can select Active or Inactive employees. This helps you separate current employees from those who are no longer active in the organization.

After selecting the required criteria, click on the Search button.
The system immediately updates the page and displays attendance records based on the filters you applied.
If you want to remove the filters and return to the full attendance list, click on the Reset button. This action clears all selected filters and restores the default view.
