Step 1: Accessing the Project Section

To manage project details, navigate to the Timesheet menu from the side navigation panel and click on the Project sub-menu.

This will open a new interface displaying a table with all existing projects and their corresponding details.

The table includes headers such as Project Name, Action, Client, and Status, allowing users to view key project information at a glance.

To create a new project, click on the + icon above the project list.

This will open a new interface where you can enter the required project details.

Provide a Project Name, Start Date, End Date, Project Manager, and select the Client from the drop-down list. You can also add a brief project description.

Additionally, there are toggle options to mark the project as Published, Billable, and to allow or restrict timesheet entry for all employees.

If timesheet entry is restricted for all employees, you will need to specify project members by adding their details in the Project Member section, including their name, start date, and end date.

To add more members, click the + icon, and to remove any entry, click on the bin icon.

Once all necessary information is filled in, click on the Save button to finalize the project or use the Cancel button to discard the changes.

This will open the project details in editable mode, allowing you to modify any necessary information.

After making the required changes, click on the Save button to confirm or use the Cancel button to discard modifications.

If a project needs to be removed, select the checkbox next to the project name and click on the bin icon to delete it.

Step 4: Viewing Project Details

To view the details of a specific project, click on the project name from the list.

This will display comprehensive project information, including all associated details, like name, client, project manager, project data, description, billable or not, published or not, etc.

This feature allows for easy reference and quick access to critical project data.
