Step 1: Accessing the My OKR Page

Once you are on this page, you'll find a complete list of your goals and sub-goals organized under key headers including Goal/Sub Goal, Weightage, Action, Assigned To, Progress, Status, Time Interval, and Due Date.

Step 2: Opening the Edit Window for Progress and Status

To update the progress or status of a goal or sub-goal, locate the relevant entry from the list. Under the Action column, you’ll see a pencil icon.

Click on this icon to open a pop-up window specifically designed for editing progress and status values.

While this window also displays the Goal/Sub Goal name, it’s important to note that this field is read-only in this view.

Step 3: Modifying Status and Progress

Inside the pop-up, focus on the two editable fields: Status and Progress. The Status drop-down menu allows you to select from three predefined options: Not Started, In Progress, and Completed.
