How to Access, View, Filter, or Search OKRs in uKnowva HRMS?

Introduction

In uKnowva HRMS, managing and reviewing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) is crucial for tracking goal progress, employee contributions, and overall alignment with organizational strategy.

The OKR module allows users to access and monitor these goals in a structured and efficient manner. Whether you're an HR professional, manager, or team member, the ability to view, filter, and search through OKRs is essential to stay updated and make informed decisions.

Before getting started, ensure that the OKR extension is installed in your system. You can download it from the Extension Store.

Step 1: Access the OKR/Goal Page

To begin, log in to your uKnowva HRMS account. From the left-hand side navigation panel, click on My Performance menu.

This will open a sub-menu, where you need to select OKR, and then click on the OKR/Goal option. A new page will open, displaying a comprehensive list of your OKRs.

The data on this page is organized under clearly defined headers: Goal/Sub Goal, Weightage, Action, Assigned To, Progress, Status, Time Interval, and Due Date.

This structure gives you a clear overview of each goal and its associated metrics.

Step 2: Use Search and Filter Options to Refine Results

Once you are on the OKR list page, you may need to find specific goals or narrow down the view to only what’s relevant to you.

To search for a particular OKR, use the search field available at the top of the list. Simply enter a keyword or title and click the search button.

The system will instantly update the view to show only the relevant OKRs. To reset the list and remove the search filter, click on the reset button.

If you want to apply more specific filters, click on the More Filter button.

This will expand the filtering options, where you can refine your view based on several fields, including Status, State, Time Interval, User, Designation, etc.

After selecting the desired criteria, click on the search button again to update the list accordingly.

If you wish to remove all filters and return to the full list, simply click the reset button.

Step 3: View Sub-Goals and Detailed OKR Information

To explore the hierarchy of goals and sub-goals, click on the arrow symbol ( > ) located on the left side of any OKR row.

This action will expand the goal and show its linked sub-goals, allowing you to get a deeper insight into how objectives are broken down and delegated.

To view the detailed information of any goal or sub-goal, click on the goal title itself.

A pop-up window will appear displaying all related details, helping you understand the progress, assigned members, due dates, and overall status in a clear and structured format.

Conclusion

That’s it!

You’ve now successfully accessed, viewed, filtered, and searched OKRs in uKnowva HRMS.

By following this process, you ensure that all your goal-related data is organized, searchable, and easy to interpret, making it easier to track performance, accountability, and overall alignment with organizational objectives.
