How to set My KRA in the uKnowva performance module?

It aims to align individual employee goals with organizational objectives to enhance overall productivity and success.

How to set My KRA in the uKnowva performance module?

My KRA is a module within our HRMS company's PMS system, designed to facilitate the establishment of KRA. Typically, the reporting manager initiates this process by defining the KRA for the employee. However, the employee can also set their own KRAs, providing them with the autonomy to align their goals with organisational objectives. This flexibility ensures that KRAs accurately reflect individual responsibilities and contribute to overall performance evaluation and development.

Note: If the admin sets the KRA for the employee, then the employee cannot change it.

How to Set Your KRA in uKnowva?

Step 1: Go to left-hand-side menu -> My performance -> My KRA

Step 2: Click on "Set KRA"

Step 3: If you wish to set templates for that use the select template option which is displayed below name.

Or click on AI Suggest button to get goals/KRA parameters as pet your designation

Step 4: Select KRA/competences fields its Type and enter remark and weightage.

NOTE : Make sure weightage for KRA and competences should be 100 % mandatory.

Step 5: Click on the "Submit" button to set the KRA

Verify that the KRA status changes from "Not Set" to "Pending Manager Approval"
