Click on the Leaves menu to expand the list of available options. From here, select the Leave History sub-menu.
This will take you to a page that displays your entire leave history in a tabular format.
On this page, you can view the details of past and upcoming leaves, including those marked as Approved, which are eligible for cancellation.
Step 2: Initiating Leave Cancellation
Once you locate the approved leave record you wish to cancel, look towards the Action column associated with that particular entry.
You will see a bin icon, which allows you to initiate the cancellation.
Clicking on this icon will trigger a pop-up alert prompting you to confirm your intent to cancel the approved leave.
When you click Ok on this initial confirmation, a second prompt will appear asking you to provide a reason for the cancellation.
