Useful Links:Talk to Your HR / Talk to Admin

This feature allows employees to directly raise their concerns or queries with HR or the Admin team using a simple form. The form submission automatically creates a support ticket, ensuring a transparent and trackable communication flow.

You can raise your concern or query directly to your HR or Admin team using the "Talk to Your HR" or "Talk to Admin" option under the Useful Links section.

Here’s how it works:

  1. View your HR / Admin name (auto-filled based on your profile).
  2. Enter the Subject of your concern.
  3. (Optional) Add someone in CC – like your reporting manager.
  4. Type your Message with all details.
  5. Attach any supporting documents or screenshots if needed.
  6. Click Submit.

 Once submitted:

  • A ticket is automatically generated and assigned to your mapped HR.
  • You’ll be notified when the HR responds.

 

Use this for queries like policy clarification, salary, leave issues, or personal concerns with HR/Admin.
