Step 1: Click on the icon similar to a group of people in the top navigation bar to open a drop-down menu. From the drop-down, select the Polls sub-menu.

Step 2: In the Polls interface, click on the Add New Poll button to start creating a poll.

Step 3: Fill in all the required details for the poll, such as the title, description, and options. Scroll down to locate the "Accessible To" field. Here, select the specific user group(s) you want to allow access to the poll.
