Step 1: Access the Travel Request Option
From the side navigation panel, go to the Request menu and click on the Travel Request sub-menu.
Once you click it, a pop-up window will appear on your screen.
The system automatically pre-fills certain important fields like Employee Code, Employee Name, and Email to save you time and avoid errors.
These pre-filled fields ensure the request is linked directly to your profile and does not require you to re-enter your identity details.
Step 2: Fill in the Travel Details
After the pop-up appears, you need to provide the required travel details. Start by selecting your Gender and entering your Mobile number for communication purposes.
Then, specify the Travel From and Travel To locations to define your journey. You also need to select the Date of travel and mention the Purpose of your trip, whether it is for client meetings, official training, or any other business requirement.
If you also require a return ticket, simply check the “Book return ticket” option.
Once you select this checkbox, an additional field will appear where you can enter your Return Date.
By carefully filling in these details, you make sure that your travel request includes all the essential information the admin team needs to book your tickets accurately.
Step 3: Submit the Travel Request
Once you have filled in all the required information, review the details carefully to avoid errors such as incorrect dates, locations, or contact numbers.
