Next, fill out the Full Name and Email ID fields, which are mandatory. Provide accurate details, as these will help the team understand and process your feedback.

In the Designation and Company Name fields, share your role and the organization you are associated with. This information offers context for your testimonial and suggestions.

The Testimonial field allows you to describe your experience with uKnowva HRMS. Write about how the platform has benefitted your organization, highlighting specific features or capabilities that stood out to you. If you have ideas for improvement, use the Suggestions for Improvement field to share them.

You then rate your overall experience with the platform by selecting one of the options: very satisfied, satisfied, neutral, dissatisfied, or very dissatisfied. Your rating helps the uKnowva team measure satisfaction and focus on areas that need improvement.
