The Ask uKnowva chatbot is your virtual assistant, designed to help you navigate and make the most of the uKnowva HRMS platform.
To access the chatbot, visit the uKnowva Documentation page.
You'll find the chatbot on the bottom right side of the screen.
Click on the chatbot to open it. Once open, you can type in your questions, and the Ask uKnowva bot will provide helpful responses.
The chatbot is intelligent enough to save your chats and queries in the same tab or window until you decide to refresh the chat manually as explained below.
Find and click on the refresh button at the top of the chat window to reset the conversation or clean the chat history.
Simply type your question, click the send button, and the Ask uKnowva bot will respond with the information you need.
After receiving a reply, you can interact with the bot's response. If you find the answer helpful, tap the like button to give positive feedback.
If you're not satisfied, click on the dislike button below the message.
You can also copy the bot's reply by clicking on the clipboard button.
If you want the bot to generate a new response, tap the regenerate button located next to the dislike button.
To minimize or hide the chatbot, use the downward arrow button. Even if you close the chatbot, you can reopen it anytime to ask your questions.
The Ask uKnowva chatbot makes it easy to find answers, explore features, along with the referred documents or links to resolve your regular uKnowva HRMS related queries on time.
