Recovering Your Login Credentials in uKnowva HRMS

Logging into your uKnowva HRMS account is essential for accessing various HR and payroll-related functionalities. 

Logging into your uKnowva HRMS instance requires entering your username and password. 

If either of these credentials is incorrect, an error message will appear stating, "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet." 

In such cases, you can attempt to re-enter your credentials carefully. 

However, if you suspect that you have forgotten your username or password, uKnowva HRMS provides an easy way to recover them.

Below the login button, you will find two options: "Forgot your password?" and "Forgot your username?"

Clicking on "Forgot your password?" will open a new interface where you need to enter the email address associated with your account. 

After entering your email, click on the Submit button, and a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address. 

On the next screen, enter your username along with the received OTP. 

Once verified, a new interface will appear where you can set a new password

Enter the new password in the required field and confirm it by re-entering it in the field below. 

After successfully resetting your password, return to the login screen and use your new credentials to access your account.

If you have forgotten your username, click on "Forgot your username?" and it will take you to an interface where you must enter your registered email address.

Once submitted, you will be redirected to the login screen, and an email containing your username will be sent to your registered email ID. 

This email will also include a direct login link for your convenience.
