Find the "Re Assign Ticket" tab when you click on any of the open tickets to edit.
This tab lets you assign the ticket to a specific staff member.
You can choose the staff member from the drop-down menu and include comments or instructions in the editor for the assignee.
Once done, click "Assign" to complete the reassignment.
Otherwise, click Reset to start assigning with another valid reason. Click on Cancel if you wish to abort this action altogether.
