Transferring reports data between instances is made simple with uKnowva HRMS’s API pull functionality.
This feature enables seamless data migration, ensuring that critical information is shared accurately and efficiently across different instances.
Whether for consolidation, analysis, or reporting purposes, this functionality enhances data accessibility and supports better collaboration across teams.
If you need to transfer report data from one instance to another, navigate to the "Reports" section and find, select, or open the report whose data you wish to send.
Once you open the report, click on the "Edit Report" button.
Click on the Settings button to open the settings.
In the edit settings, toggle the "Deploy as API?" option to "Yes" and click on the "Submit" button to save the changes.
After saving, open the edit report section again and click on the pen icon next to "Deploy as API?"
Here, you can copy the API token and API link, which can then be used for data transfer between instances.
Don’t know your API token yet?
Click the Generate Token button to initiate the process and once initiated copy the token in the respective field.
Set the limit of the record to be transferred from one instance to the other from the Record Limit field in the same window.
Finally, click on Save to initiate the data transfer.
Otherwise, click the X button at the top-right of the pop-up to abort this action.
