The API pull functionality in uKnowva HRMS allows seamless integration with external systems. By calling data into your instance, you can automate data retrieval and synchronization, reducing manual effort and ensuring real-time updates. 

This feature is particularly useful for organizations that rely on multiple platforms, enabling smooth data flow and enhanced operational efficiency.

To fetch data into your instance, click on your profile icon and select "uKnowva Configuration" from the available options. 

In the configuration section, search for the "Execute Cron" option. 

Click on "Click here to run uKnowva Cron Manually" to trigger the data synchronization process. 

After executing the cron job, the fetched data will be available in the relevant report where it is configured to be pulled.
