uKnowva Server Penetration Testing Report – June 2026

This is to certify that SecIQ Technologies has performed Server Penetration Testing from 16-March-2026 to 09-April-2026 for the uKnowva Server Environment.

Executive Summary

Scope of Testing

The scope of this penetration testing was limited to the uKnowva Server testing environment. The assessment focused on identifying server-level security weaknesses, privilege escalation opportunities, insecure configurations, exposed services, and other operating system vulnerabilities that could impact the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of the server.

The network environment was assessed for compliance with CIS Benchmarks and industry-recognized server security best practices.

Findings & Summary

The Server Penetration Testing assessment identified a number of low-severity observations related to server hardening, privilege management, service configuration, and system security controls.

All identified issues were remediated and verified during the retesting process. No Critical, High, or Medium severity vulnerabilities were identified during the assessment.

The overall server security posture has been strengthened through the implementation of recommended remediation measures and validation of security controls.

Business-Critical Risks

No business-critical risks were identified during this assessment.

The observations identified were limited to low-severity server hardening and configuration-related findings, all of which have been successfully addressed and verified as closed.

Approach

This assessment was performed through a grey-box approach from the perspective of an authenticated standard user, application manager, administrator, and service account. The tests were carried out assuming the identity of an attacker or a user with malicious intent; however, care was taken not to harm the server.

The assessment involved manual testing combined with open-source automated tools. The following phases were covered during this assessment:

  • Vulnerability Assessment

  • Triage and Validation

  • Report Generation & Review

Assessment Report (Summary)

The assessment identified a number of low-severity observations related to privilege escalation opportunities, service exposure, authentication controls, and server hardening configurations.

All identified findings were reviewed and appropriately addressed through remediation, architectural validation, or compensating controls. Retesting confirmed that all findings have been successfully closed.

The server environment demonstrates an improved security posture and aligns with recommended server security practices within the scope of this assessment.

This report is valid until any changes are made in the code or configuration, or six months from the date of testing, whichever is earlier.
