Release Note for uKnowva – August 2026

The August 2026 release of uKnowva HRMS brings thoughtful enhancements designed to make everyday HR processes more convenient, connected, and efficient.

1. Introducing Draw-to-Sign in Workflow Forms

Signing workflow forms is now more convenient with the introduction of the Drawing Signature option. Employees can draw their signatures directly within a form using a mouse or touch-enabled device, making it easier to complete forms that require digital signatures.

The signature is captured as part of the workflow submission, eliminating the need for additional steps or external tools. This enhancement simplifies digital documentation and approvals while making signature-based workflows faster and easier to complete.

2. Introducing Employee-Specific QR Codes for Referral Tracking

Employee referrals just became easier to track and measure with employee-specific QR codes and referral links. Each employee can have a unique referral source, ensuring candidates who apply through their QR code or link are automatically associated with the right employee.

This gives recruiters clearer visibility into referral sources, makes attribution more accurate, and helps organizations better understand employee contributions to hiring. With a simple scan or click, referral tracking becomes more organized, measurable, and effortless.

3. Voice Input Is Now Available for Easier Form Filling on iPhone

Filling forms on mobile is now more convenient for iPhone and iOS users with voice input support. Employees can use their device's native voice-to-text functionality to enter information into supported form fields, providing a faster alternative when typing isn't convenient.

Voice input works alongside regular keyboard entry, giving users the flexibility to choose how they complete forms. This enhancement makes mobile interactions more accessible and convenient, especially when employees are completing HR processes on the go.
