  • Hired - Represents total numbered of the hired candidates based on the selected range.

  • Total Recruiter Assigned – Represents the total number of recruiters assigned to manage job postings and hiring processes.

  • Average Cost of Hire – Shows the average cost incurred to fill a job position, including recruitment expenses.

  • Average TAT of Hire – Displays the average turnaround time taken to complete the hiring process from job posting to onboarding based on the selected time period.

  • Acceptance Rate – Represents the percentage of candidates who accepted job offers out of the total offers made based on the selected date range.

  • Dropout Rate – Shows the percentage of candidates who dropped out of the hiring process after receiving an offer or during selection stages based on the filtered time period.
