Accessing dashboards in uKnowva HRMS
By accessing dashboards, you can better understand trends, monitor important data points, and make data-driven decisions more effectively.
To access your dashboard in uKnowva HRMS, navigate to the top navigation bar on the homepage and locate the speedometer icon.
Clicking on this icon will open up the dashboard interface, where you can view various graphs and statistics that represent your data in a visual format.
These charts and stats provide an intuitive way to analyze your organization's performance across different metrics, such as sales, employee productivity, or project completion rates.
Filtering the dashboard view in uKnowva HRMS
At the top-right corner of the screen, the Funnel icon (Filter button) allows users to apply specific criteria to narrow down the displayed data.
The filter options include fields such as Search, Select Designation, Select Status, Select Department, Select Gender, Select Marital Status, Select State, Select Employment Status, Select Business Head, and Select Month-Year.
After entering the desired filter parameters, users can click on the Search button to apply the filter.
The Save Applied Filter button to store the selected criteria for future use, or the Reset button to clear all applied filters and restore the default view.
Viewing dashboard across all menus or functions
At the left side of the screen on the dashboard’s page, you see the Graph/Stats Menu button.
Click on it and you can then find multiple sub-menus for which the analytics reports and dashboard are already present and available for you to review.
These menus or functions might include HR analytics, intranet analytics, people analytics, content analytics, exit insights, PMS analytics, LMS analytics, workflow dashboards, attendance analytics and more.
Users can click on any of these analytics reports to view detailed insights about specific data points.
Editing analytics category
The analytics reports category can be edited by clicking on the pen icon next to the analytics report category.
This allows users to update or refine the data being analyzed, ensuring that the reports remain relevant and up to date.
Viewing dashboards as per a defined timeline
At the top of the dashboard, there is a timeline field that lets you choose the time range for the data you want to view.
You can select from predefined options like Today, Last 30 Days, This Month, and others, or you can create a Custom Range to define your own period.
This flexibility allows you to analyze the data over a time period that is most relevant to your current needs.
