Stat Tiles:

  • Total Confirmed KRA – Displays the total number of KRAs that have been confirmed by employees and managers.

  • Total Change Requested KRA – Represents the total number of KRAs for which employees or managers have requested modifications.

  • Total Pending Confirmation KRA – Shows the total number of KRAs that are awaiting confirmation.

  • Total KRA Not Set – Displays the number of employees who have not yet set their KRAs.

  • Total Manager Rated – Represents the total number of employees whose performance has been rated by their managers.

  • Total Employee Rated – Displays the total number of employees who have submitted their self-assessment ratings.

  • Bell Curve – Represents the distribution of employee ratings, showing how performance is spread across different levels.
