Steps to Feature a Profile in uKnowva

Step 1: Locate the user you want to feature. You can do this by using the search bar at the top of the page or by clicking on the icon resembling a group of people in the top navigation bar and selecting the Directory sub-menu from the drop-down.

Step 2: Once you’ve found the user, click on their name to open their profile.

Step 3: On the user’s profile page, locate the option Feature This at the top of the profile. Click on it to make the profile featured.

The selected profile will now appear as "Featured," helping it stand out in the platform. Featuring profiles is a useful tool for showcasing achievements, key personnel, or other highlights in your organization.
